Processing Time:

Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. In the holiday season processing time is 8 business days ( please note this does not include shipping time)

Local Pickup

We offer free pick-up in Abbotsford, BC. To place an order for pick up choose Pick-Up option at check out. When you receive your confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pick up.

Domestic and International Shipping

We are currently shipping to Canada and USA only. At check out the currency will be shown in Canadian Dollars.

All packages are shipped through Canada Post lettermail in order to keep shipping cost as affordable as possible. Items shipped through lettermail are untracked but are estimated to arrive in 5-21 business days. (this doe not include weekends and holidays). If you would like tracked shipping, that option is available at checkout.

USA Orders

Blue Velvet  & Co use Canada Post to ship your order through small packet USA air. This method is untracked (unless other wise indicated by your shipping method) You can expect your order to com e 10 - 21 Business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

Please note that holiday season may influence shipping delivery times. Please note that our shop is located in Canada, orders shipping to the USA could take longer than 21 business days. Due to customs and border crossing regulations. Blue Velvet & Co is not responsible for custom, duty charges at the border or lost or stole packages.

Delivery Policy

We ship all lettermail packages using Canada Post. Our delivery times are ESTIMATED only and are not GUARANTEED. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends and holidays) Once your package arrive in the hands of Canada Post, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Blue Velvet & Co are not held responsible for delays, Damage orders by Postal Service, PO Box Issues, Stole Packages, Wrong address given by customers, Mistake made by Canada Post.
