What is my order status?
Once you place your order, you will receive order confirmation email within 20 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive shipping email. Depending on the restock/launch date, your order can take 5-7 business days to be fulfilled. All packages are shipped through Canada Post.
Does my order Have Tracking?
All standard orders are untracked and are estimated at arrive between 7-21 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). If you selected the expedited parcel, Xpresspost or Priority shipping then your tracking number will be sent to you along with shipping confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at bluevelvetandco@gmail.com with your complete order number. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, your order will be fully refunded! If your order has be shipped no refund will be given.
How is my package shipped?
Blue Velvet & Co ships through standard letter mail with Canada Post. This can take any where from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days. Once the package arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Neither Blue Velvet & Co and Canada Post are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.
Blue Velvet & Co is not responsible for stolen packages.
